What it does
Patients and records
One record per patient with an MRN, a check for duplicates at registration, allergies kept in front of every clinician, and HMO or NHIA details.
Appointments and the queue
Bookings for each clinician, check-in at the desk, triage with vitals, and a queue that puts emergencies first.
Consultations
Notes in the usual order, saved as a draft and signed, corrected only by an addendum. Diagnoses with ICD-10 codes.
Prescriptions and the pharmacy
Prescriptions go straight to the pharmacy, checked against recorded allergies. Stock by batch and expiry, and a register for controlled drugs.
The lab
Orders with the clinical details, samples, results with earlier values kept, and release by a doctor before anyone else sees them.
Wards
A bed board, admissions, ward rounds and nursing notes, the medicine round chart, bed moves and the discharge summary.
Bills, HMO claims and receipts
Bills drafted from what was given. The HMO's share and the patient's part, claims tracked, payments by cash, transfer, POS or a Receivly link, each with a receipt.
Reports
Money billed and received, what patients and payers owe, visits, waiting times, bed use and the most common diagnoses.
Private by design
The front desk and billing never open clinical notes. Two-step sign-in for everyone who reads the chart, a log of every opening and export, and nothing ever deleted: a wrong entry is struck out with a reason. Money never holds up care.
One account with COVORN
Mednly opens for a business switched to Medical and health in COVORN's Professional mode. Sign in with your COVORN account, or continue straight from the suite.
